Weekly baking - Three coloured parrot cake

This is very easy and more on "healthy" side cake.
It doesn't have any butter or oil only yogurt.

Receipt:
300g of self rising flour
200g sugar
5 eggs
360g of plain white yogurt
lemon skin grated (from 1 lemon)
coloured/ flavoured custard powder (one strawberry and one chocolate)
you can use food colouring instead + some cocoa powder
a little bit of captain Morgan rum (alcohol will "bake off")

Mix all together and split it into 3 bowls and add the custard or colouring.

Oil form + put some flour on top of it. It will stop cake from burning.
Then just pour it in creating this design (or different if you want to)
Work quickly so it will not mix together too much.

Then put in the oven on 150C until it starts go brown on top.

I have made topping too with lemon juice and powder sugar but you can use really any topping.
For example just melted white baking chocolate is very nice too. Just start when the cake is a little bit cooler.

Then cut it into small squares and voila. Parrot cake done!

Yogurt is making it nice and moist without being oily.
