Weekly baking - Easy plum cake

This receipt is again my mums. It is very basic receipt which you can change into gluten and dairy free if you want to.
It is also very cheap and to make.



Receipt:

3 mugs of self rising flour ( or gluten free flour)
1 1/2 mug of sugar
1 mug of sunflower oil
1/2 much of warm milk ( or dairy free milk)
if you are using gluten free flour you will need 1 much of warm milk
2 eggs
fruit (cherries are the best but plums are cheaper)

Mix all together and pour into oiled and dusted with flour form.


Then add fruit. I have made cheaper version with plums. If plums are on the sour side just add pinch of sugar on top of each.


 Finally put in the oven on 180C for 30 minutes or until nice and gold.


All done and tested! :-)
