This one is my mum's receipt. Easy, quick and very calorie low.
I made strawberry custard pudding with forest berries.
And yes, that milk is lacto free. I am sensitive to ordinary milk.
So first I made a strawberry custard. A little bit thicker than the instructions.
Than I put heated up berries into small dishes + a few baby biscuits. You can add some sugar if you like.
And on top the thick strawberry custard + few more biscuits.
All done. It can be eaten worm or cold and it will keep in the fridge for a few days.
