Weekly baking - Best bread and butter puding

This receipt is the best bread and butter pudding ever! Moist, sweet and very yummy.

Receipt is very easy and quick. You will need for 4 big portions:

7 slices of bread buttered
600ml of milk
100g of sugar
3 hand fulls of raisins
2 eggs
cinnamon

Firstly lightly toast the bread and then butter it. Cut it in half and put 1/2 of  it in oven proof dish. sprinkle with 1/2 of sugar and 1/2 of raisins + sprinkle of cinnamon.

Then do another row and repeat. In the end mix milk with beaten eggs and pour  on top.

It will look like a lots of milk but don't worry. Without it it will be too dry.

Cover it. Don't fill the form to the top the pudding will rise during baking.
Then put in the oven for 35 minutes on 180C or until milk will "bake in".

All done. Enjoy on its own or with custard or with vanilla ice cream. :-)
